Section 2-5 - Products, Orders, Prices, and Shipping

Product representations are accurate to the best of our ability. Orders are subject to acceptance by VIVOXA. Prices and promotions are subject to change. Shipping times are estimates only.

Section 6-9 - Intellectual Property, Tools, Links, and Shopify

All content is owned by VIVOXA. VIVOXA is powered by Shopify, but sales are made directly with VIVOXA. You release Shopify from claims related to your purchases.

Section 10-14 - Privacy, Feedback, Errors, Prohibited Uses, and Agents

Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy. Feedback submitted may be used by us. Prohibited uses include malicious activities and unauthorized automation (Agents).

Section 15-24 - Legal Provisions

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties. VIVOXA’s liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law. These terms are governed by the jurisdiction where VIVOXA is headquartered.
